The pool is 8m x 4m and the same depth throughout which is great for pool games. The pool can be heated out of season at an extra 45 euros per day and must be requested on booking to give us time to warm it up.
Garden room with extensive built in seating and cushions. Outdoor drinks fridge. Marble coffee table, lighting. Built in BBQ.

In order to conserve energy and avoid peoplke leaving on air conditioning constantly we request a further 100 euros if you exceed 100kw during your stay.
Nikos and Nertila look after my house and nothing is too much trouble for them. They will look after the pool, clean and answer any questions you may have. I can also recommend a car rental company as a car is necessary.
Check in is by keypad from 3pm and check out 10am. However, if no guests are due that same day we can be flexible on check out times. We will send you map co-ordinates before you travel.

Second twin with wet room attached and separate w.c. Air conditioning. Double door opening on to patio. Mosquito nets at windows. Safe.
Bedlinen, towels and pool towels all provided. Travel cot and bedding available.
